Forbes compiles an annual list of America’s Best Insurance Companies in partnership with market research firm Statista. Rankings of the companies are the results of a survey of more than 15,000 U.S individuals who have an insurance policy in at least one of the following five categories: homeowners, renters, auto, permanent life or term life insurance.
Those surveyed were asked to rate their insurance provider on:
- Cost
- Customer service
- Guidance their agents offered
- Company transparency
- Digital services available
- Claims service
They were also asked if they would recommend their insurance company to others. Overall ratings were combined into a final score and 84 companies were recognized in at least one of the five insurance types.
Fidelity Life holds the distinction of being recognized as one of America’s Best Insurance Companies 2024 in both the Permanent Life and Term Life insurance categories.
